Featured Development:
University Hills Village is the first mixed use development done for the City of Sioux Falls. Architecture Incorporated and the project civil engineer completed the master planning for the development. The 80-acre site will include single family residential, apartments, office, commercial and retail space including a daycare, restaurants and a fitness center.
When completed there will be a total of ten apartment buildings with 96 units per building. The apartments have an upscale and contemporary urban feel, but they will be cost-competitive for rent. The development will be attractive to students, as it is located just west of University Center in Sioux Falls. The community feel is enhanced with varied materials, underground and surface parking, bike trails, parks, recreation areas, landscaping, outdoor bench seating and unique pedestrian lighting to add character. The retail components are located at corner of each building, giving residents everything they might need to work, eat, play and live - all in one place.
