Dallas Willman, IIDA, NCIDQ, SDID, enjoys both the design process and project management aspects of interior design, working closely with each client to meet their needs, timeline, and budget. Her comprehensive design skills, coordination skills, and experience in project management assist her in completing project requirements at the highest of levels while building client relationships and trust. She is passionate about sustainable design, inclusive design, and code compliance. The well-being of the occupant is at the forefront. It is her belief that people have complex physical, mental, and emotional needs, and our interior environments can either be detrimental or beneficial in allowing us to have a greater quality of life.

Her overall objective is to convey a client’s vision and image while supporting their health, safety, welfare, and humane experience. Her design solutions are founded within research, human-centered design strategies, and evidence-based methodologies. This helps her and her team identify, analyze, and synthesize information to generate holistic, creative, and contextually appropriate design solutions. Her enthusiasm, dedication, and persistence help to foster collaborative relationships, superior service, and creative solutions that ensure a successful project throughout the design process.

She has worked on a wide range of project types, building a diverse portfolio. In addition to her professional work, Dallas also instructed the next generation of Interior Designers at South Dakota State University within the Interior Design Program from 2016-2023. This experience is invaluable to Architecture Incorporated's clients, as she is able to apply her deep understanding of design analysis, history philosophies, innovations, trends, planning, documentation, and management to ensure clients are serviced to the highest level.
