Architecture Incorporated renovated its Sioux Falls office ahead of its 40th anniversary. Originally a Masonic Library, our architects had to find a balance between preserving the rich history of the building and modernizing the space to meet our growing team’s needs.

One of the primary goals was to house all of the architects, drafters, and interior designers in one shared space; they were previously split between two segregated levels. This was accomplished by adding a mezzanine level to the studio and incorporating a mixture of open workspaces and semi-private offices. The remodel also includes the addition of several conference spaces, a training room that seats approximately 35, and a casual gathering space for employees.
