Architecture Incorporated, in conjunction with KWK Architects, designed a 122-bed housing complex to address rising enrollment numbers at Dakota State University. The new 44,600-square-foot four-story apartment building provides housing in a mix of four-bedroom and six-bedroom apartments and features parking, shared laundry facilities, a community kitchen, and a lounge in the shared common spaces. The project cost was $10.6 million and was completed in 2021.
