INTER-LAKES COMMUNITY ACTION PARTNERSHIP HEAD START FACILITY

Having outgrown its existing facility, Inter-Lakes Community Action Partnership plans to build two new buildings in downtown Madison; a Head Start facility and an Office facility. The Head Start building includes two classrooms, a commons area, Head Start Offices and support spaces. This allows the Head Start program to double the capacity of its current facility. The Office Building will accommodate several departments including the administrative offices for the agency, weatherization, child development, housing, nutrition and transportation.

Goals of this project included developing a sustainable campus that is safe for students, convenient for clients, efficient for staff and an attractive environment that enhances downtown Madison.
