MINNEHAHA COUNTY COURTHOUSE

Architecture Incorporated has worked closely with Minnehaha County for more than 20 years on a master plan for their facilities, designing the original courthouse in 1994. Fourteen years later, an additional two floors were added while the building remained operational. The project used the Construction Manager at Risk  delivery method. The design team coordinated the bid packages with the Construction Manager at Risk. Construction began in Fall 2007 and was completed in early 2009.

Architecture Incorporated has a long and distinguished history of outstanding service in the construction industry. Responsiveness to the needs of their clients has been a hallmark of the Architecture Incorporated operation.
